SportWise Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply between SportWise and users of the SportWise software and services. By using the application, you agree to these terms.

1. Service Description

SportWise is a desktop software product built for sports analysis. Some features may only be available on specific plans (for example, pro).

2. Account Creation

A user account is created with an email address and password during registration. The accuracy and security of this information is the user's responsibility.

3. Terms of Use

The user agrees to use the application only for lawful purposes and in a way that respects the rights of other users.

4. Updates

SportWise may update the application automatically from time to time. These updates may be delivered without prior notice.

5. Termination

A user account may be suspended or terminated in case of violation of the rules.

6. Legal Compliance

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkiye. In case of disputes, the courts and enforcement offices of Ankara are authorized.
